Electric motor service and repairs

We can provide a fair appraisal for any repairs necessary and discuss with the client the best line of action. Our motor repair includes disassembly, detailed inspections and measurements to identify electrical and mechanical damage. Any repairs will be quoted for the most economical way forward.

Single Phase Motors

We stock a range of B56 frame and metric frame capacitor start and run single phase electric motors for most applications; we also offer a fast turnaround on all repairs for non standard or special applications. We offer a range of services from a simple bearing change or motor capacitor replacement to a complete refurbishment, including stripping motors down to their component parts, replacing all worn components such as brushes, bearings, switches, cooling fans and of course rewinding both stators and armatures.
We stock a variety of B56 motor capacitor run, capacitor start and Cap start Cap run, foot or flanged mounted motor in single phase or three phase.

Extractor Fans

We can repair and supply most types of extractor fans. We also remove and refurbish extractor fans. We then reinstate the extractor fan in full reconditioned working order.
